Hiring Process of interns at Liveupx

Here are the steps:


  1. Candidates send their CVs to the company by following the instructions provided.
  2. If the CV is shortlisted, the candidate will receive an interview call via email.
  3. The candidate should prepare their CV and any relevant project URLs and code before the interview.
  4. The candidate can choose their preferred language (English or Hindi) for the interview.
  5. After the interview, the results will be declared within 3-5 days via email, indicating whether the candidate has been selected or not.
  6. If selected, the candidate will receive an offer letter via email with all the details, and they must fill out an attached employment form to accept the offer.
  7. After receiving the employment forms, the candidate will be added to the company's workspace portal as a staff member.
  8. The candidate must log in to the workspace portal to verify their details and enable 2-step authentication.
  9. The company will hold a knowledge transfer and customer relationship management training program for the candidate's basic training, which will last for 3-5 days.
  10. After the training, the intern will start receiving tasks and projects to work on.
  11. Interns who are eligible will receive an internship certificate after 3 months of joining, and may be offered a full-time position with the company.
  12. Not all interns will be paid, only a few selected individuals will receive payment for their internship.
